I've been on hold for 2 hours; this is unacceptable. The service is incredibly frustrating. I have an intermittent connection issue that appears to be related to the cable or connection outside, but they refuse to send a technician to address and fix the problem. I recommend avoiding them.

Disappointed with their service for seniors

I was considering switching internet providers and checked reviews about this company. After calling to order their service, I explained that as a disabled senior citizen, I needed assistance for installation. I was essentially told that at-home installations aren't offered. Meanwhile, other recent reviews mention technicians coming to homes. This lack of customer support is very disappointing.

Outstanding Service and Support!

I have been a satisfied customer for nearly 20 years! Their internet services and plans have saved me significant money compared to staying with larger providers. Upgrades and plan changes were handled smoothly and professionally, with clear communication. When I faced a connectivity issue in 2021, they promptly arranged for a technician to diagnose the problem. It turned out my rented modem was faulty, which was replaced, and I received credit for downtime. I'm very pleased with how they prioritized customer service. I highly recommend this company!

Nearly 6 years of excellent service

I have been with this company for almost 6 years and rarely encounter issues. The speed is consistently as fast or faster than what I pay for, unlike my previous provider where my speed was often throttled. Customer service is great when I've needed it.

Best Internet Provider I've Tried

I've been using this internet service for 2 years after leaving my previous provider of 15 years, who frequently raised their prices. This company has a simple setup, fantastic tech support (they spent an hour assisting me over the phone), and unbeatable pricing. I was so impressed that I recommended it to my daughter as well. We're definitely not going back to the previous provider.

Quality has declined over time

I've been a customer for around 15 years. Initially, this company was excellent, but after selling, things started to change. Now, with new ownership, the quality has continued to decline. I am considering moving on as both this company and its competitor are disappointing.

The worst internet provider available

This is the worst internet provider I've encountered. Even if you've paid your bill, they may still cut off your service. Their customer service is terrible, and technical support is lacking. There's nothing positive about this company. Save yourself the trouble and choose a more reliable provider.

Over 7 years of reliable service

I've been with this company for over 7 years in the area. They offer a flat-rate basic unlimited internet service. Anytime I've contacted customer support (which has been rare), they provided the assistance I needed. The only issue I've faced was a major outage due to a landslide, which lasted a week.
