The price is perfect for the product with other prebuilds your almost always overpaying but not here, they keep you up to date so you know exactly what is happening with your order. When it arrived the instructions were very clear and so was the installation process. Overall it couldn’t be better

This is the second PC I've purchased in two months. I was so impressed with the last PC and the service. I purchased another for myself. The experience was just first class again. Ordered on a Monday morning. Received Tuesday moring next day 23 hours after ordering. PC travelled from Germany to Ireland. Same Spec PC here in Ireland is €233 more expencive. First Class all round. The PC is by far the best Ive ever had. Thank You Again Ankermann.
Ordered on Friday from Ireland. Arrived Wednesday. Went for preassembled hi spec. Excellent piece. Well recommended. Also checked some parts of motherboard for future updates to see compatibility which is a great feature.
I ordered a high-end PC from Ankermann and paid €2,166.50 via Amazon Pay. The payment was withdrawn before the item was shipped, which already goes against the expected standard for online purchases – especially within the EU.Then came complete silence.No confirmation. No tracking. No communication at all. Emails were ignored. Phone calls went unanswered. Their social media channels were dead quiet. It felt like the company had gone into ghost mode.After several days, I filed a support ticket – again, no reply. Only when I flagged the issue with Amazon Pay and mentioned a potential fraud report did I receive a vague response claiming they “prioritize cases” – but still without any meaningful update on my order status.I have now reported Ankermann to Amazon Pay for suspected fraud.A company that takes your money and disappears is not one I can recommend. Ankermann may market themselves as a reputable German PC builder – but in my case, they’ve acted more like a shady operation with zero accountability.
