This service is a complete disappointment for self-employed services. I purchased over ten services but received little to no meaningful responses—just one greeting. The contacts seem unreliable, and it feels like they only aim to get you to make payments. In my opinion, this is one of the biggest disappointments for self-employed services in 2026. I lost 157 EUR.

I urgently needed my walls painted and found someone to do the job through this platform. Ultimately, he didn’t complete everything we discussed, and we agreed he would refund me for the unfinished work. Unfortunately, it’s been a month now, and this person is refusing to communicate or refund me. The service took no responsibility and offered little support. I urge everyone to look elsewhere, as this platform does not provide reliable or serious specialists. Never again.
I was searching for a plumber's services on this platform. I quickly received an offer, but when I inquired about pricing, they were vague and not transparent about the cost of a small plumbing job. I naively asked them to come anyway. The plumber did a maximum of three hours of work and charged 980 euros. There were many hidden fees, including a 'diagnosis fee.' They also excessively marked up the material costs. I've never had to pay a plumber this much. I advise against using this platform.
A terrifying experience. After I inquired about toilet renovation, I received multiple calls from a representative claiming he was just 20 minutes away, without confirming if I was home. The next day, he insisted on coming to my house, and despite my request to call back to set an appointment, he arrived with two others without an appointment. My husband saw them peeking at our door. When they quoted us 4,000 euros, my husband said he would discuss it with me first. They then demanded 160 euros and became aggressive, taking pictures of our car's license plate and lingering for an hour asking for payment. They even pressured my husband to withdraw money while they were in our home. This behavior is unacceptable; I might have been willing to pay if I had confirmed an appointment. Please be cautious when signing up.
Dear Sir or Madam, After requesting floor sound isolation, I was contacted by a service provider who annoyingly called me multiple times. We scheduled an evaluation, but no one showed up. I later received a message stating that the evaluation would cost 100 euros, and they wanted me to agree to hire them before even meeting to discuss the work, prices, materials, and schedule. This was an upsetting and insulting experience.
I appreciated how quickly I was connected with professionals for my project. They reached out promptly. However, I expected more professionals to contact me, not just three, to allow for better price and service comparisons. I also valued the follow-up regarding the project status and service received. I will consider using this platform again.
