I have had several items personalized with a certain service. My most recent order was an engraved plate intended for a framed piece. Once again, I couldn't be happier. It turned out perfectly. Before they finalize your customization, they provide a preview of what your item will look like and are open to any adjustments you may desire. I highly endorse their craftsmanship, and the support I received was outstanding.
Interacting with the live chat proved to be somewhat challenging, as it lacked responsiveness and had noticeable delays. I opted to proceed with my order swiftly instead. Surprisingly, after placing my order and receiving confirmation, I got an email offering to answer my questions, which seemed to suggest I hadn't completed my order. It might be beneficial for the company to invest in an AI chatbot to enhance this aspect.
Despite some delivery issues, the package arrived in a fairly timely manner. The necklace (the cross) is very attractive. The chain is delicate, and I'm unsure about the fit (length) yet as I want to wait until Christmas to handle it. I'm also uncertain about its strength. The engraving was executed well and matched my specifications. Thanks.
