Ordered three items 20th January.
Two came and were massively undersized, my wife is a medium or 12 in everything else but would need at least an XL in their sizing but there’s no chance of an exchange or refund as the emails stop coming and now being ignored.
The third item still hasn’t arrived, I kept getting told it’s out of stock and promised a free gift, now that hasn’t turned up and now no response to my emails.
Probably the worst company I’ve ever dealt with and now reading other reviews I’m not the only one.
No exchanges, no refunds, no communication ………. Just a really poor company.
I’d definitely advise to avoid ordering from them.

I actually feel comfortable & pretty for once, Considering I'm a plus size girlie with a big bust its hard to come by. I ordered a bra based on the sizing recommendations. When it arrived it wasn’t even close to fitting. I’m a high-street 38E and have never had problems getting bras to fit. This item was way off. When I asked for a refund I was denied, because of ‘hygiene’ reasons. I would never recommend buying from this company.
I would give negative stars if I could 🤦🏻♀️ purely based on the attitude of tonight’s host. Her attitude is disgusting very condescending and rude she does not bring a welcoming atmosphere to the tiktok lives. I would suggest Liliosa rethink their hosts.
