Love it. One of our three doggies took a little longer, he is visually impaired but once he got the hold of it he did great. They are drinking more so it last two days. So far so good.

The water bowl arrived quickly and was simple to assemble. All our pets are enjoying their new water bowl. We have a young German shepherd, an older Chihuahua, and two cats, and we've noticed they've all increased their water intake. It's easy to refill and simple to know when it needs more water. It stays clean, and the mat helps reduce mess. Overall, it's been a fantastic investment.
The ordering and receiving process was straightforward. My only concern is that the dish is not deep enough for my dog, causing water to splash everywhere. I didn't experience this with a traditional water dish. The mat offered is ineffective; it's plastic and doesn't absorb splashes. I had to buy a much larger mat that can absorb the water. I suggest making the dish deeper for a better drinking experience.
