Until Molly became our contact, Linley and Simpson were heading for about 2 stars due to lack of communication and support.

Exceptional Letting Experience

For over fifty years, I have been renting residential and various properties, both for myself and my clients, and have worked with agents for letting and management for the last twenty-five years, often with mixed results. In recent years, I've found that the most effective firms are independently owned, well-managed, and operate with professionalism and honesty, allowing for a consistent service and the ability to develop close relationships with the staff. Conversely, those that have merged into large corporate entities have been a total disappointment, lacking all the qualities I value.
About a decade ago, a trusted agency contact opened a local office for a well-regarded firm, and I decided to give them a try. I have never looked back. Their operation is efficient and professional, staffed with knowledgeable and friendly individuals. They handle rent accounting, maintenance, and re-letting seamlessly, as well as adhering to the many regulatory requirements, relieving me of the stress associated with letting.
One of the highlights is the absence of void periods; they consistently manage to find and process a new tenant before the previous one has moved out. I have not noticed any decline in service since the company expanded, though I do observe a relatively high staff turnover, which makes establishing long-term relationships with specific agents a bit challenging.
Nonetheless, they are undoubtedly the best letting agents I have ever worked with, and I want to express my gratitude to the representative for managing my latest letting so efficiently and worry-free, embodying everything I expect from an agent.
