Seriously the best company. Every experience I've had they've been kind, patient, and going out of their way to help. For Christmas my husband got me the refillable rouge lipstick and it was literally the only thing I wanted. My toddler used it as a crayon and drew it ALL OVER my parents guest room, bedding, clothes, carpet...you name it. I was devastated. After we cleaned up the mess my husband contacted the company and they sent me a replacement completely free and I am just beyond words. No company has EVER done that before. Plus - I've never chatted with a bot - it's always a person. I love the products and the company. Can't get enough!!
I have been following Lisa on youtube for years and ever since she's launched her products I have been purchasing them. The majority of my make up collection contains her products. They are high quality from packaging to formulations. Her skin cleanser has greatly improved my skin. Her skin enhancing tint is my favorite, it feels like skincare and it evens out your skin in the most natural way. Here kitten eyeliner and mascara last troughout the day. Her lip products are highly pigmented and do not dry out your lips. Her support team is amazing. I have gotten advice on products, question answerd almost immediatly and also when my product got damaged during shipping they have replaced it without my asking. I cannot recommend her products enough.
I cannot tell you how much I appreciate Lisa's customer service team. They have worked with me to find the perfect skin tint color after the one I ordered was a bit light.
Everyone of the gals I worked with have been super nice, very helpful and offered me support, They sent me samples of the three colors suggested and after I received them I swatched and took a photo so they could see my swatches. After doing so they helped me choose the right color and they are sending me a replacement. This is the customer care that makes me trust and appreciate Lisa Eldridge and her team. I will continue to purchase her very lovely products. I am a customer for life. Thank you Ladies for all your help, Ashleigh, Faye, Louise & Sarah..I hope I didn't miss anyone, you are the best team .

I had an issue with my order being returned to the company. I emailed the sales team and they were fantastic in helping me out with my problem. Update to review expressing frustration with delivery of an order. The customer service team was responsive in working proactively to resend my order along with a tracking numbers and a discount. This represents what I consider to be great customer service. Thank you. Nicole and Phillippa ... I have been a customer of Lisa Eldridge for several years now and find that from the date I place an order to the time it is delivered typically takes 3 weeks. My last order which I placed on Jan 23 rd, 2026, marked as having been delivered on February 10th. it was not in my mailbox or in any surrounding my mailbox. . I live in a safe area and have never had a package stolen. The shipping company can't provide a photo or proof of delivery and now the issue has been forwarded to the warehouse staff for Lisa Eldridge to investigate. I really like the products I routinely order but am going to search for an other options.
