Lisa Eldridge’s customer service team is excellent. I didn’t see a deal involving a free luxury beauty bag with purchase prior to making my purchase, and they graciously sent me one separately in the mail. I tried her makeup for the first time today, and I absolutely love every product I’ve tried thus far!
I used Lisa's ELITE customer care service to find a shade match for me in the foundation. I was a bit hesitant because how much can someone really tell from a pic with different light and angles etc. But, my God, these guys are ABSOLUTE pros. They matched me with shade 5 and it was spot on. I have never ever had a foundation (and I've been a foundation fan for the last 20 years) match me so perfectly. It's genuinely spot on. And the foundation is no-doubt-about-it the best foundation I've ever worn. Thank you to Ashleigh and all the makeup pros working with Lisa - you guys are fantastic.
The whole team is fantastic! I'm not located in the UK so it's difficult for me to swatch Lisa Eldridge products for myself. Enter the fantastic LE team: they've been so helpful to me on multiple occasions when i've needed help with choosing the right shade in their products. They even sent me a few samples of the skin tint to try after we agreed on two or three shades that could suit me. They've also advised me on several lip shades to recreate looks I've sent their way. Everyone is so lovely and it truly makes shopping from abroad such a breeze.
I've bought many different products from Lisa Eldridge and they've all been fantastic. The only issue I have ever had is that colours don't always suit me, and as it's website only where I live there's no chance to physically check them. Everything is superb quality and wonderfully packaged with obvious care and attention to detail. There's a great loyalty scheme with points gained from purchases. Lisa appears to be moving towards truly sustainable packaging with refillable eyeshadow pallettes and now truly decadent lipstick case (the case is expensive but the refills are cheaper than the normal lipsticks). I look forward to the time when her other lip formulas will be available as refills for these beautiful cases. Finally, but I actually feel most importantly, Lisa Eldridge's Customer Service team is truly the best l have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They give sensible help and advice, hey are friendly, helpful, professional, efficient, and prompt in their responses. Dealing with them is always a pleasure, especially as they treat you as a human being rather than just someone they want money from (like pretty much every other company these days). The quality of products as well as commitment to their customers is what makes Lisa Eldridge a standout company and guarantees my customer loyalty like very few other brands.
I’ve followed Lisa since before her line and her products and support team are on par with her phenomenal skill.The true velvet lipstick I my joy grail, I don’t think I’m ever purchasing another red! It makes me feel glamorous, put-together, and it’s truly a luxurious product from how it looks to how it feels and performs.When I had an issue with my lipstick her amazing team just sent me a replacement. You can tell Lisa cares about her brand and her customers—big kudos to customer support!
