Well, where should I start? So I ordered the TrimUI Brick Hammer on Sunday, 10th August 2025. Well I thought since the store is from the US, it might take a while. After around a month of waiting with no news of any updates of the order I asked the customer service and this guy name Joey spawned in. Well, let me tell you my experience with him goes very well, with him offering compensation for the lateness and reasonable explanation regarding the delay like issues with the manufacturing company's machine. Well, the compensations that I got were worth the wait and I could not be happier. I will definitely keep this in good conditions and cherished it as a family heirloom. If there is any store for a retro handheld game console that you will most likely get a good first time experience, go to Litnxt (well with Joey in charge of the customer service)! 10/10
