He answered questions extremely well and didn't deem any question silly. He was also just very friendly and funny and made the experience very positive.

Regrettably, this has been an extremely poor experience. I have submitted several support requests but still haven't received my reservation code for the flight booking. I received a response stating that the booking department would check my reservation and get back to me. It's been five days since the payment, and I still have no reservation code. I will not trust this service again.
