Customer service. Had ordered a dress and the team quickly let me know that it was the last in stock and had a defect. Gave me options for alternatives, but opted for a refund which was issued straight away.No purchase, but definitely a lot of consumer confidence, will be shopping here again.
The dress was really lovely. Also different from anything on the High Street. Price was very good too as was delivery. Very fast. So great customer service as well.Another element I liked was that it is a UK company based in South Wales where I live.
