Great start to finish! We had looked and had several different companies come out and present their product. We found Stannah price and quantity to be the best.Paul the sales person gave a great presentation and answer questions, the team that did the installation was very knowledgeable and professional and cleaned up before they left.
We had the stair lift installed. It was about a week or two later and the foot rest button wouldn’t release. We were able to find a manual workaround. We called early Monday morning and described the problem. We got instructions on how to fix it over the phone (turn off and on to reset!) and it fixed the issue. Great service - thanks!
WE could not be more pleased with our new stair lift. From the first meet with Joe Walters to the actual installation..........it was easy and very informative. The stair lift works like a charm for my husband who can no longer do a flight of stairs. I could not recommend Stannah Stairs more strongly. They are the very best!
