Absolutely garbage i get a cyst infection every couple of months in certain spots, ive told them amoxicillin works best but they always prescribe an antibiotic that doesn't work and I have to deal with it myself, tonight I waited for over 2 hours to finally get ahold of someone, told him what was going on and what works and he wanted to prescribe me something that didn't work in the past and only made things worse even after I told him what has helped in the past, stay away from these people both my parents work in the medical field if you refuse to listen to someone it's just not worth what happens next, absolutely terrible serive and terrible people wanting to get the conversation over as quickly as possible.

Well it is supposed to support seeing a doctor when you can’t see your regular doctor. You are also supposed to be able to do refill if you can’t get a hold of your doctors office.
Well I called for a refill on thyroid medication. Well first thing the lady ask is do you have your recent blood work and if you don’t I can’t help you. I was at work so no I don’t have it. She then tells me that with our it Teladoc won’t do anything for you and I see nothing on file that you even take goodbye. That was the whole thing. She was rude unhelpful and obviously did want to do anything for me. So put in a complaint and all I got was the matter will be taken care of. This happened over two weeks ago and Teladoc never got back with me about which I knew they wouldn’t. They were just telling me what they thought I wanted to hear. I used to use them a lot so I know they have records of everything. Will not use them ever again and would not recommend them to anyone. Deleted app. I will go to the er before talking to Teladoc.

Scheduling an appointment was incredibly straightforward and convenient. The physician I consulted was very empathetic and demonstrated exceptional bedside manner. The application and video call functioned seamlessly with no connectivity problems. This experience was far simpler than visiting a primary care office or urgent care.

The response was incredibly swift, and the doctor was attentive, providing thorough instructions. This approach to healthcare is far superior. Who wants to spend hours in a waiting room among others who may be more ill? I will always choose this service whenever possible.

Extremely long wait for medical attention.

I waited 12 hours to see a doctor. Being on an island, they scheduled three separate appointments due to the long wait times. The delay was so extensive that the pharmacies closed, forcing me to go to the emergency room. Terrible service!

It's frustrating when they suggest treatments based on assumptions rather than your actual needs. There was no reason for them to get upset and raise their voices; I could clearly hear everything.

The doctor was pleasant, but that wasn't the problem. I had to wait for nothing as she wasn't allowed to prescribe any medications. Why the misleading information? I still ended up in the emergency room. This experience was far from satisfactory.
