Based on our experience, the service has shown unreliable operational practices and poor communication. We cannot recommend them to businesses that prioritize professionalism, compliance, and integrity.
Quality has definitely declined; I've been with them since before COVID. The meals were great and consistent, but like others, I've noticed the prices skyrocket and portions shrink. Recently, I faced issues with shipments being sent via regular carriers during the summer heat, and the food arrived in questionable condition. Although they replaced it, the second shipment also arrived too warm. I paused my orders but decided to give them another chance in November, yet I still haven't received that order. Customer support is terrible, closing at 4 PM, and I received no response after two hours of chat today or to my emails. I’m now left shopping again for meals that never arrived. I’m done with this service and have found a reliable alternative.

I placed my first order without issues, and while the food was acceptable, it lacked flavor and variety. The second order is weeks late, and they blamed me for not ordering in time, even though their own deadlines contradicted that. They shipped it over two weeks late without tracking information, assuring me it was on the way. I enjoy these services, but they can't seem to manage timely deliveries. If food arrives late, it risks spoilage. Additionally, canceling meals from a subscription is cumbersome. They rarely answer calls, and email replies take 24-48 hours. After the first order, the service deteriorated, so I advise finding another option.
It used to be great, but I’ve received food at nearly room temperature twice. Their new packaging lacks sufficient freezer packs, leading to concerns about food safety, and I've had to discard two entire boxes. It's disappointing, as their meals were once fantastic.

This company is awful. The food quality is poor, portions are small, and there's little variety. On several occasions, I found hair in my food and heard reports of rodent feces. I experienced a cancellation issue where I ended up receiving two orders despite canceling one. When I moved, they refused to refund me for food I didn’t want or need.
As someone on the Keto diet, this service has been a lifesaver. I've been using it for nearly three weeks, ordering lunches and dinners. The meals are fantastic and help me track my macros easily. However, I wish they included nutritional information on the packaging to avoid checking the website each time. I also order healthy dinners for my kids, which can be split into child-sized portions. It's convenient with no grocery shopping or cooking required. I do hope they add more variety to the Keto menu, as it could become repetitive. Despite this, the food is fantastic and reasonably priced.
I don’t understand the negative feedback. The meals are excellent! I've discovered my favorites and some I’m not as keen on, which is normal. Portions are ample, unlike supermarket frozen meals. After a long day at work, I was able to enjoy a delicious meal with minimal effort. I’ve also had no delivery issues.
