Ordered twice previously due to quality of items perfect for our home. 3rd order slight issue but resolved the same day as delivery with a telephone call even though it had been an online order. Apologetic gift received, unexpected but lovely gesture. Highly recommend Liv's for the quality of items and personal service.
I needed to return an online order as I had ordered incorrectly and I rang the store for advice. The person who answered the call was helpful and friendly and told me the exchange was no issue. I visited the shop the next day and all staff were so friendly, helpful and professional. Top class service from a wonderful shop.

Kate, Gina, Jess and the team take pleasure in welcoming you in store, whilst all things web shop take place in house too. Our delivery team Steve and Owen take pride in delivering your furniture. We sometimes use our trusted couriers to deliver further afield.
