My goodness. What a wonderful adult diapering company you are!!!! We bought 4 packages of the big overnight diapers from you and we have 1 package and a half left. My patient passed away last Monday. We are still big fans of the customer service team. An expensive product but well worth it when my patients wake up dry!!! Thanks.
So placed a order online here at Ll Medical Supplies and the items were shipped to a different address completely to a different state that I have no access too ; I called LL Medical to get the items reshipped or get credit and to know avail they TOTALLY deny me of either one as they said “it was my fault;Not even mentioning the girl Ashley that took the call was not sympathetic at all and very rude! (And even hung up on me before I finished with the conversation!)I will know longer shop here and my advice is NO ONE SHOULD SHOP HERE! Go where the place stands behind there sales, (Amazon)because if u have to deal with this company you get crappy Customer service and they take your money and run!
Good products, friendly staff but hit or miss on shipping. In prior orders they used fed -ex and usually received order in 2-3 days no problem.This time around they decided to use US postal service.. USPS doesn’t update tracking still shows in PA and they keep changing delivery date. For some people these are time sensitive items. If I’d known they were shipping on snail mail I’d have ordered earlier than I did.
