Review Time
I order a gauge cluster for my 1975 f250 it came in took it out and it will not bolt up to my benzyl with out the gauge cluster housing witch it clearly shows in the picture when I bought it. I even bought a new benzyl from them I sent it back they received it on 2/18 said it would take 3 are 4 days to get my money back l called on 2/25/2026 they said we are running behind give us 24 to 48 hrs I called on 2/27/2026 they said those shipments come in on a big pallet we just started to on give us 24 hrs. I have work for FedEx for 30 years they received that box the same way I received 1 box at a time ,too many excuses today is 3/02/26 still no money ! there is a lot more businesses out there to order from got my last package from them yesterday
After ordering parts through two different ladies that answered the phone, I called back and asked to speak to someone that has experience working on these vehicles or who has even worked on a vehicle whatsoever there and the lady informed me that they are just a call center that they are not even at a LMC business they just answered the phones there’s no one that will ever have any experience to answer the phone to be able to give me any help assisting with parts. I’ve already spent $150 in the wrong parts with the last two ladies, I had to pay shipping to my house and if I wanna return them, I have to pay shipping back. I called and tried to let them help with this issue and I cannot even get a guy anyone has any experience whatsoever. The lady told me they work at a call center. There’s never any text nothing. I see why their reviews are so low and why people always told me not to use LMC their website is outdated and slow it is one of the worst websites I’ve ever used to order parts. I do not recommend ever using this company, cause you will never be able to get any help and from after reading all the reviews it has been confirmed that they do not obviously care about customer satisfaction, or about their reviews for their business.
I ordered a few niche old truck parts only to receive cheaply made junk. The mating surfaces on one part had a manufacturing stamp right through the freshly machined surface. Their response: "Just use RTV, it's an industry standard". I had already tried that so was forced to get a replacement part from elsewhere, which turned out to be the same price for a better quality part that worked. This experience left me disappointed
LMC Truck is unwilling to correct issues that are brought to them. I purchase seat belts for my 1954 F100. They are selling a one size fits all belt, when in fact not every vehicle needs the same size. But the real issue is there are 2 different mounting holes, one is 1/2” and the other is 9/16” but the bolt provided is only 7/16”. Their response to me was their stock was the same and they were unwilling to go back to the manufacturer for corrections. So I guess if anyone else wants to order a seat belts, you’ll see the same issue since they will still sell them.
VERY DISAPPOINTED. My order was lost in transit, it took over 15 business days for LMC to refund my money, (they told me it would be 10 business days), anyway, this is what really makes me mad. They charged me for shipping! When my package was lost in transit, how crazy is that lol. Thanks to LMC TRUCK and the ignorance of usps (which should absolutely NOT be my fault) I lost $40 out of this transaction. This company has gone down hill.
LMC has cheap Chinese parts and customer service has no desire to satisfy customers. They say they care but that’s about as far as it goes.After writing this review LCM promptly took care of my issue. I wish it didn’t take a bad review to get results but I appreciate their efforts to make things write. Gives me faith in their commitment to customer satisfaction.
I have been a long time customer of LMC Truck. Parts can be a bit inconsistant from time to time. I have spent thoasands of dollars with LMC. The last straw was i purchased offset washers for my truck bed. the sent me the wrong part as i tried to get a refund asking for LMC to send me a call tag because they sent a part that was not compatable. i was told i had to pay shipping to send the item back. On to find a new vendor.
