I am Burnett check out my early review on here and their response.LOAN23 or LOAN23 Inc. is not supposed to include things like revealing their customers with contracts names, phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, and anything else that could be used to track, identify, contact or impersonate someone. They have Violated this term.Do not do business with this company. We received a loan from them. Did awesome paying them back and they even gave a great review saying they wanted to reward us with 2% on every loan we pass their way. Understand these company is a Merchant advancement payment company and whatever loan you think you want to get. DO NOT Do IT. They prey on companies that are basically 3-12 months in business that are trying to move pass the start stages in a business. They will over a loan and please know you will be paying back 3-4 times the amount you received. Then they take additional money from that loan off the top for themselves and make you pay them back that amount to with over 330% interest on it all.This Company violates all codes of ethics for being in business like not doing the right thing even when its hard, they make strong arm threats against your business and follow you around all your business and personal social accounts and post your loan information. Whereas you may sign stating they do arbitration and other business resolutions with standards. They take the bully and defaming approach. They create fake social accounts and post to your business and personal accounts information about any loan you may have been given. They make threats of filing legal actions but never does it instead the post on social pages. This company knows their illegial threats will go nowhere that is why they start nonbusiness like tactic. BEWARE OF KATE S. she makes fake pages, too with 1-3 friends just to POST. If this is a long going professional company and it so great with their customers why does LOAN23 only have 3 followers on their fake page. No INTEGRITY. You cannot say a company is great and want to give them awards and they say their not. DO NOT go head to head with them just Hire an ATTORNEY that deal with Merchant Advance companies and they will fight for you to get your loan reduced or dissolved. I hope you heed the warning this is not a company to think you are going to great help. If your business have been caught up with this bad company Can I hear your experience or post on here a review. Because if this was a great, strong company they would not compromise their companys ethics and values and they have just by our experience.
I DO NOT HAVE ANY KIND OF LOAN WITH THESE PEOPLE..NEVER HAVE, NEVER WILL, HOWEVER, I WAS USED AS A REFERENCE APPARENTLY & NOW I CANNOT GET THEM TO LEAVE ME ALONE! I GET TWO TO THREE EMAILS A DAY FROM THEM AND HAVE EXPLAINED THIS NUMEROUS TIMES AND THEY STILL CONTINUE TO HARASS ME! I HAVE HAD TO CONTACT MY LAWYER TO TRY TO GET THEM TO STOP YET THEY WILL NOT! TRIED TELLING THEM THAT EMAILING ME WILL NOT GET THE PERSON TO PAY BUT OBVIOUSLY THEY DO NOT CARE BUT I AM SO FREAKING OVER THIS CRAP THAT I AM ABOUT TO GO NUTS!! MAYBE THIS REVIEW WILL HELP ME OUT!
