Loanguys were able to get the DSCR cash out on my log cabin rental. Because it was a log cabin, I was told by at least 40 different lenders, they could not do it. I had a great experience working with Shervin Modir. He helped me and my mom secure a DSCR loan for her investment property in Georgia, and I can’t recommend him enough.One of the things I really appreciated when working with him was that he was very easy to get a hold of, whether it was by email, text, or phone call even sometimes after hours,’he was willing to help. Another thing that stood out about him was his ability to think quickly and find creative solutions whenever a challenge came up during the loan process. Instead of just giving the standard responses,( like a robot like most reps do he was the total opposite ) he really worked with us to find the best solution given my mom's situation.
Shervin was communicative and supportive through the process, very professional. Overall smooth on their end. I recommend using their in house team for everything, I made the mistake of using a local title company and they delayed the process significantly. It has nothing to do with Loanguys.com or Shervin, they were a supportive team to get us over the finish line. Highly recommend.
