I found my experience with Loanitt to be quite disappointing due to the length of the process and lack of communication.
Despite submitting all requested documents promptly, the overall mortgage process was extremely slow. Follow-ups often went unanswered for weeks, and calls were not returned, which made it very difficult to understand where things stood.
On several occasions, the bank had reverted with queries, but this information was not passed on to me in a timely manner. I only became aware of additional requirements after repeatedly chasing for updates. This lack of proactive communication caused unnecessary delays and stress.
As a result of how long the process took, it also created tension with the developer, who was understandably frustrated by the lack of progress.
Overall, I felt the service lacked responsiveness and professionalism. For such an important and time-sensitive process, I would recommend choosing an agency that communicates clearly and values the customer’s time.
