Great customer service!

I had issues with installation due to an oversight on my part (no access to a computer, which I mistakenly thought was just an alternative way to install LocaChange and did not realize was a required part of the process). Sent a ticket in to their support team, and Zoe helped explain and come up with a solution quickly, efficiently, and courteously. Even if I can’t enjoy the benefits of the app, my experience was a positive one, so thank you!
