I finished my 8 week program two weeks ago and I’ve signed up for an additional program. I’ve struggled for years with depression, anxiety, imposter syndrome. I was on medication for years. I’m now off meds and flourishing.Why I love the Program:-for those of you who have studied self-help for a long time searching for an answer, you’ll probably find that the concepts implemented are not completely foreign to you. That’s a good thing because, if properly implemented (do the work!), they work. But many just choose not to because it’s easier to go with the current fad…-What I value most is having Coach Mike and team making me accountable. Daily. With loving support. And that can be tough love at times, when it’s needed. Mike truly cares that his clients maintain success. The concepts I learned in the program: some were completely new to me, which was awesome. Others, I found myself saying “I know that”. But even the things we know, it’s important to remember the importance of coaching: why did Tiger Woods have a swing coach? Great experience going through the 8-week program! Easy to digest recordings that you can listen to in the car, on a walk, or really any way you prefer. Weekly coaching calls with Mike are invaluable. Weekly Q&A sessions with others in the program is a great way to hear how others are doing. The simple thing about the program is that if you just follow the instructions, you succeed. If you decide that you want to succeed, you will.
