We arranged for no 60-day lock on the domain, which was established before I arrived. After three failed transfer attempts, a colleague received an email stating the domain was ICANN Transfer locked due to our changes, despite opting out of the usual 60-day period for both domains. We repeatedly informed the escalation team that we were not receiving any emails about this issue. Although the tech support team was helpful, the lack of direct communication with the escalation team or any follow-up emails undermined any goodwill created by the tech support.

The last time I called customer service, the representative was unhelpful and seemed to struggle with English. After expressing my frustration, I was abruptly disconnected. I've held on for two decades but am now seeking a new host. I'm done with the poor service and quality!
