I paid $9.99 for a list of 8 local mechanics, and only 3 were truly available to service my area. However, the mechanic who came to perform the work was outstanding. He is, without a doubt, one of the best I've encountered. Friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, and honest in his work, he arrived promptly with all the necessary tools to diagnose and resolve the issue. He clearly explained the problem with the vehicle, fixed it efficiently, and completed everything in under an hour. Overall, it was a pleasant and positive experience, and I highly recommend him and would gladly work with him again.

I was charged but no one showed up! The chat feature didn't work, and calling was futile. This platform feels like a scam. I never received a final invoice for a simple tire repair that was never done. They claimed to have arrived at 11 PM, but that was false. This is a scam—don't make my mistake!
Avoid this service at all costs! They emailed me saying I wouldn't be charged until the work was completed. My appointment was for Saturday morning, but when I texted that the mechanic didn't show, they claimed it was for Sunday morning instead. I provided a screenshot of my scheduled appointment, but after that, there was no communication at all. I requested either confirmation of when a mechanic would come or a refund, as the charge was taken from my account despite no one arriving. Terrible communication and a very questionable company. Please don't waste your time and money!
