We had applied for a refund in June 2022 and received the refund in January 2026. It might take time but it is beyond their control. Responses were quick and once they received the money, the transfer was done in a short time. I cant thank them enough. Highly recommendable.
Great service and communication all throughout the process. Highly recommended and easy to engage with. Even though the process took a couple of years due to the complexity of the case, they communicated periodically and managed to secure compensation from the airline.
