I would like to sincerely thank Khushali for her exceptional guidance and support. I have bought an assignment and they failed me. I have got 30% and the pass mark is 40%. I told them they cannot even garantee that I will pass it. This is a mess I told them I want refund, give my money back because I have paid £70 for failing my assignment? She was begging me to give them another chance because there is no option to give the money back. I was like: what is the garantee that I won’t fail it this time? What if I will and I won’t be able to resubmit? She was like: then we will give you the money back. What??? This is completely unacceptable! If they would fail me 2x then I would be able to get my money back? Haha they thought that I’m stupid. I told them I need my money back I’m not gonna let this go. She just ended up the phone call.
One day before deadline they told me to be assured they will deliver my assessment on time, so they missed deadline with 4 hours I texted them regarding missed deadline but they uploaded work straight away and said it is done now you have to pay, but the deadline was missed and my module was closed for me, tried to speak with them support but a lady with the name Anca just keep saying like is my fault because the work was not paid in full, she just ignored the fact they missed deadline, used them services many times but now completely disappeared, they just will not deliver on time and no excuse, very disappointed, you can’t be assured that they will do what they have to do, is better to look for another provider.
Worst experience..they will not even respond to the customers they just want money..they just take money and we students get failed in exams..they will not even bee in touch during the assignment period ...they will not listen to what modifications they have to make....
I've been using locus services for 3 years now even tho they are below standard. Their referral scheme not working (I got no discount)However in the end my last 4 orders were delayed and one was not even delivered. Eventually I failed a year and they are refusing to return my money. This is my experience with them. I will give my best for my colleagues to know about them.
This is the 2nd time when they don’t deliver the work on time!!I have failed once already because of them and now after I have asked for the work to be improved accordingly to the feedback they haven’t even delivered it!I will fail again and the only thing someone is saying to me is to wait!Do not work with them!!
They did two assignments for me and my wife for December. Wife submitted it on 9th of December on turnitin and on 12th of January she received an email from university with academic offence allegation: collusion!! 46% was the similarity!!! Her mark is 0 at the moment and these jerks don’t even answer! They copy pasted the assignment from someone else or handed the assignment they gave me, to another person. She’s been referred for unfair practice by the university and they applied a warning penalty against her!! Because of these jerks from Locus Assignments. They do not answer to any of my messages on WhatsApp or emails, they have seen the texts and no reply since!! Avoid them at any cost!!
Very worst service...I didn't pass even 1 assignment....please guys don't give our assignments to these fellows...they will not respond on time.....we will not have piece of mind..money waste time waste and what not....please guys don't waste your money and trust these fellows.....very bad service..no piece of mind ..money loss and exam fail..... from jerry
