Just like other reviewers, I ordered a hardcover book and was sent the ebook. When I emailed them they lied and said I ordered the ebook. Thought the price was too good to be true. Wish I'd checked these reviews first. Will be reporting them to Trading standards and Advertising standards.

Scam website

Avoid this company at all costs

Do not buy from this company unless you want an ebook. I ordered a ‘hardcover’ and I had to enter shipping address but apparently I ordered an ebook. Now I’m getting the same reply from this company.

Won’t get an actual book

not hard books despite saying will be delivered by Royal Mail when I emailed to check where my book was as I never got a confirmation email they said I had bought an ebook.

Shady Dealings

I purchased a HARDCOVER book and they sent a PDF file .They don't offer a refund and ignore requests for resolution . Payment goes through a DUBLIN based account ... seems to be a SCAM ...definitely shady operator ... BUYER BEWARE ... Peter

Ordered a hardback book - AVOID

Ordered a hardback book, they sent another email stating it was a download and there was a link which did not work to download the book. Emailed customer services to be told I ordered a download which I did not (when I actually ordered a hardback). No sign of download. Paid company money for nothing, DO NOT USE. I've since looked at reviews and wished I'd done this befroe I oarted with my money. SCAMMERS

Order processed incorrectly and no support…

I ordered a hardcover book but was sent a link for a download. When I reached out to customer service for a refund or for them to correct the error, they said they couldn’t do anything. I don’t even want to use the link they sent as I am not sure if it’s legit.Definitely would NOT recommend them.
