Clear communication and great work. From getting the initial quote to completion of the work, every step went smoothly. All my questions were answered, my quote was broken down with different options I was considering. I received the formal quote very quickly and was able to easily arrange all details by email.On the day of installation, the installers were prompt, friendly, cleared up after themselves and made excellent time, fitting 22square meters of raised flooring, a light, ladder and expanding the loft hatch all in about 3 hours.Made payment over the phone that afternoon. Great company, would recommend!

Fast, efficient and professional

This has been a professional and efficient service from the start. The company responded quickly to our initial enquiry and came out twice to quote for the job, as I asked for a change to the work. Our quote came through very quickly.We were kept notified of progress before the day of fitting, details of how to pay etc and they kept us informed when the guys were on their way.The installation was quick, efficient and the guys worked (and cleaned up) with no fuss. They took time to show me how the hatch and ladder worked before they left.I’d thoroughly recommend this company.

Easy, straightforward and good job done.

All was very simple and straightforward. They even explained during the visit that we didn't need as much insulation as originally planned for, and price of job was reduced accordingly (they could have easily kept quiet and we would not have noticed). Lads friendly, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves.
