Had our flat roof done,(as it was leaking badly water was getting in to our bedroom and frost was setting in, just before christmas!) we didnt know where to start, fortunately we was recommended by a friend (who had previously used ADS roofing) towards Andrew and his team, they came out and made us watertight temporarily and then returned to do our Entire roof (flat roof) in a new type of rubber roof (, (i dont know what its called exactly) but they made it really simple for us and the price was way more competitive than what we was quoted by another roofing company we called (we wont mention names) now our home is watertight, saved money on repairs, and It looks amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone, i would use them again personally but after the job we have had done, theres no way in my lifetime this roof is leaking! Very friendly Young man. Saved us a lot of worry over the christmas period. We can't Thankyou enough Andrew!
left my pensioner, widowed mother and disabled sister with a substandard, poorly installed flat roof costing over £4000 in january. He promised to return to fix it and didn't, then started to avoid calls and messages. He initially promised to return by the end of february but then stopped responding to my calls or messages. My partner then had to phone him off unknown numbers on multiple occassions over several months to get him to even answer and every call was full of false promises to return or to send an addition letter of guarantee that he will return but nothing. we have given him so many opportunties to come back and rectify this poor installation. I stated I'd take him to small claims court over the issue but he has stated that he doesn't care if we take him to small claims court or post negative reviews on facebook as he owns nothing so we will win nothing from him. The issue with the roof is not just cosmetic, if the bubbles he's left get caught, the roof will no longer be watertight and then we will have to deal with leaks and water damage. AVOID AVOID AVOID. DISGUSTING, LACKS ANY MORALS AND IS DISHONEST.
