Excellent service from the Loft Boarding Company from initial contact, speed of quotation, flexibility in arranging appointment date for installation and installation itself. Good advance information advising that the installers were en route and when they arrived, the installation was quick and efficient with nothing to clean-up afterwards. Without asking, the installers laid down carpet protection throughout from front door to the area that they were working in.
Although I have been somewhat disappointed with tradesmen in the past, the guys at the Loft Boarding Company were great. They arrived on schedule, laid down floor protector from my front door and completed 16SM of raised flooring in the loft in a couple of hours including framing around the loft access hatch and laying down extra insulation provided by me.The job was finished with vacuuming the area and protective covering removed.After being asked to inspect the work I have to say I am very pleased with the completed flooring.
Great experience received quick response to survey attic. Quoted All that I required. On the day I received a txt to say on there way. Job was done efficiently and professionally. Afterwards I was asked to review the job, i was showed how to use ladders etc. If you are thinking of getting it done don't think just do it.
From quotation to installation the guys were extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They left my house spotless and took time to make sure I was happy with their work and showed me the correct way in which to use the loft hatch and ladder.Shall highly recommend to my family friends and neighbours. From start to finish the staff were very professional. I was advised at the start that there was issues with my loft that had to be resolved before work could commence on the flooring. When the guys came out to lay the flooring and lift hatch they were extremely professional and cleaned up afterwards. I was unable to get the floor layed to where I wanted it to go but the guys put shelves in for me instead which I actually prefer. I would highly recommend.

The work was completely quickly, efficiently, and with great care to ensure that no mess was left anywhere in the property. Our loft is now a really useful space for storage, which we are really pleased with.
