I had an excellent experience with this loft-boarding company. The surveyor was friendly and clearly explained all options, including insulation and storage solutions. The installation team arrived on time, protected my floors, and completed the job faster than expected.The workmanship is solid, the loft looks great, and it has created a huge amount of safe storage space. They also cleaned everything before leaving, which I really appreciated.Overall, great communication, fair pricing, and top-quality work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to make better use of their loft space
From getting a quote with Josh back in March to having Jamie and Josh here this morning to fit the flooring/shelves/ladder and light in the attic has been seamless. The guys arrived on time, and had sent a text to say they were on their way. They were polite, courteous, efficient and cleaned everything up after they had finished. They clearly know what they are doing and got on with the job without any issues. Took a lot less time than we were initially told too, which is great. Josh made sure we knew how the ladder worked etc. This was one of the more pricey quotes we had, however I am a believer in, 'you get what you pay for' and using this company meant us using a local business to us too. The reviews say it all really. The extra space is amazing and I'm sure if there are any issues this company will rectify with the same courtesy as they had when quoting/fitting. I would recommend The Loft Boarding company for your attic space. Thank you for a great service from start to finish.

This one of the most trustworthy company I have ever met .i got to meet with Stuart who is one of the team and he was so passionate and ready to support .for the very first time ,I saw a trader who is not all about wanting to sell to me but was ready to advise and support me to ensure I am well satisfied .He explained the various method in which I needed my house to be warm and indicated which is most important.i am surely using them
Within days of contacting the company, they attended to give us a quote. Josh was friendly and professional and had the quote with us in 20 minutes. We were happy to proceed and agreed on a date. We were advised of arrival time of 8am-10am and they arrived before 08:05am and were straight to it, covering all the flooring to ensure minimum mess. They completed the works, including hoovering and giving us a demo in less than 3 hours and were sure to show us options for the ladder angle before securing. All staff we dealt with were fabulous as is end result and we would 100% reccomend!!
Absolutely delighted the entire process. loft survey was efficient, explained all options and quoted for these. Got a good deal on boarding/ ladder/ light.Fitters were at the property for about 1/2 day and, again, explained everything, there was a issue with our extractor fans but the guys sorted that and finished the job leaving everything immaculate. Even asked after our cat who we thought has snuck outside while they were here. I'll def be back to get some additional touches later this year. Highly recommend
