Clear and transparent info, fast turn-around, and the best or equal best price in the market. Only slight quibble was that I wasn't 100% clear that the cost of the pre-paid Special Delivery envelope sent to me would be deducted from my payment. However, that all made sense and is not a complaint.
Took my nineteenth century american gold pocket watch case to Lois Bullion and was told it was "definitely" plated by their"expert". Fortunately I'd done my own research and found the case maker only produced solid gold cases. The Birmingham Gold Company down the road properly tested the case, found it was solid gold and gave me a fair valuation. This is a classic case of "a little knowledge is a dangerous thing".
We came in on Tuesday and your shop was already busy but instantly we were put at ease by the lady that served us, Amy.
It was of mixed feelings that we were scrapping the mounts from my father’s business and was feeling quite uneasy about the whole process.
Amy was brilliant and the whole process was quick and very professional.
The way she tested everything in front of us and the way she did it while explaining the readings on the tester made us feel very comfortable with everything she was saying.
A few of the items turned out to be not gold even though we’d initially thought they were and because of your professionalism we didn’t question the results.

I had some old 14ct jewellery that I wanted to sell and chose this service due to their transparency regarding scrap prices. They even provided a calculator on their platform to give a rough idea of what to expect, though it varies with the gold spot price. I requested a Sales Pack, sent in my jewellery, and received an email with a quote that was actually higher than I anticipated, thanks to an increase in the gold spot price.
