Issues.

Sadly it did not arrive on time despite assurances that it would. Travelled across London to collect as they could not deliver. When I got there they would not provide me with the cake. Ended up being late for the train as they refuse to give me any cake.Then after 3 calls to managers and head office the gave me a cake BUT without the text I asked for. Nearly ruined the day. Cake was delicious though.

Celebration cake

Very easy to order online via their website on. Was notified on phone when ready for collection. Friendly service on collection. Cake was well packaged, fresh, and delicious. Would definitely recommend!
