Amazing quick, professional service. 10/10. Posted gold to them on Friday, got a call Monday with a quote that was almost identical to the website quote I got (based on kitchen scales weight so not reliable), and the money was in my bank within a couple of hours! Much better than any local high street gold buyer as well. Definitely would recommend!
Very rushed gold valuation with little care. I already knew roughly what it was worth based on the very obvious hallmarks. The offered me £1,500 less than what it was worth!!I went around the corner to a different gold buyer and got £1,500 which is crazy.I feel like the way they weighed it was a little suspicious and not very transparent. I would not recommend and really think you are better off getting a second opinion if you do get a valuation from them.20 minutes of extra time spent banked me £1,500 elsewhere.
