I actually enjoyed the course bc it reinforced all the driving practices I learned as a professional truck driver during my 50+ year career. I've gone back to anticipating "stale" green lights and not letting others push me through caution lights. An added bonus, my brakes will probably last six years, again, and my fuel mileage is going up.

After an incident at my residence — which was fully recorded — they assigned me 20% liability without any clear explanation or documentation to back that figure. Despite several requests, they have refused to provide the evidence, internal notes, or guidelines used to support their decision. The video clearly shows their insured driving aggressively, tailgating, trying to overtake on a narrow street, and not using a turn signal. This service overlooked these facts while selectively applying local laws against me. Their communication has been inconsistent, dismissive, and lacking transparency. When an insurance provider cannot clarify its own decision-making, that’s a significant concern. Consumers deserve fair treatment, honest assessments, and accountability — none of which I experienced here. I would strongly advise anyone to be cautious when relying on this service for fair claim handling.
I had been a business insurance customer for many years. As I am relocating abroad, I cancelled my policy well in advance. However, they sent my refund to the incorrect address, voided it, and never reached out to me regarding the issue. They also did not reissue the refund; it seems they intended to keep it. When I called, they claimed to have resent it, but now it will arrive after my departure from the country... I doubt I will ever see it.
