While I think the Go City / London Pass has value if purchased at the right price, at face value, the cost is almost break-even with purchasing tickets at the door of most venues included in the pass. The company (Go City) has customer service that was unfriendly, unhelpful and needs a lot of work. I contacted them to see if they had a coupon code that would save me a few dollars to make the pass worthwhile and they kept just referring me to a code that was listed on the front-page of their website. I was looking for a promo over and above that code and didn't need them to point out the obvious. I ultimately purchased the pass via Klook.com, saved a ton over the Go City / London Pass website, was able to stack several coupon codes and was able to avoid foreign transaction fees. Look at Klook before purchasing from the vendor and you too can save a bundle!

Lots of great activities and definite savings, but... Beware:- With some activities, you can't book in advance, you have to show up on the day and they let you in IF AND ONLY IF there's room (not great for planning, possible waste of time and travel for nothing). In our case: Postal Museum, Windsor Castle. - Opening times on the London Pass website are not always accurate: always check the official website first. Also, for guided visits, lots were not available during our trip because it was off season (January). We stayed 10 days, and it was our first time in London, so we were able to work around all these inconveniences. But if you've already been to lots of places and have your heart set on very specific activities, with not a lot of time to do them, check all of that well in advance, before you end up disappointed.
Given the huge range of activities it was excellent. We chose the three day pass and got to see many major sites. It saved us money and we were able to see so many of the major sites. The guided tours were great. Great to choose as a first time visitor to London.
