I pulled a cargo trailer out of state, while I was away from it, I could always "see" where it was located. I had a couple of questions re: operation of my tracker they were answered accurately and courteously.

It didn't work as advertised. So, don't buy it.Oh gee, what great customer service. I posted my review on Nov 1 and you just now respond. Hello, that’s 45 days. No worries though. I sent it back and got my refund.
