I researched a handful of asset trackers before I settled on Lonestar Tracking, and I'm glad I did. I purchased an Oyster for a 20' trailer and a Titan LTE for a CAT 289D skid steer. Both installed easily and have worked flawlessly ever since activated. The app was easy to download on my phone, and I'm able to keep track of both assets in real time. I hope I never have to use them after getting stolen, but if they do, I will be able to find them quickly.
Fantastic customer service. Every single time I have had any concerns, there is an immediate Lone Star representative on the phone with me-fixing it. Their reps are extremely knowledgeable, easy to understand (as they speak fluent English), and very polite. I can't ask anymore than that, and I consider myself to have found this service. I also think their fees for all they do is very reasonable.
