I just learned from my partner that her 70-year-old mother has been waiting three weeks for a low-quality, overpriced cooker. They've let her down twice on delivery dates, and now they aren't delivering anything at all. There has been no communication to keep her informed, no apologies, and no compensation for the inconvenience. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I plan to escalate it further. Completely unprofessional!

I am very disappointed with this service and will not use them again. An order placed before the Christmas deadline has still not arrived. Multiple attempts to resolve this through customer support resulted in repeated assurances that my order was on the way. Today, I found out my order was canceled due to it being out of stock. Terrible service. Update 16th January: After informing me about the cancellation, they sent the item anyway but then closed my account for 'inactivity,' leaving me unable to process returns or check charges. The phone support is dreadful, keeping me on hold for long periods without resolution. I tried emailing, but after three days, I still haven't received a response. AVOID this service.
This service is incredibly slow with everything they do! From delivery, which is among the most expensive, to processing payments. I always pay on time, yet I receive multiple messages claiming I haven't paid. When I follow up, they blame my bank for not processing the payment. They need to improve their efficiency!
I would have rated this service five stars, but the delivery company is terrible. Shopping is easy and quick, with great stock availability and checkout options. Dispatch times and updates are excellent until the goods reach the external delivery service, where things quickly go wrong. I wish there were options for a different delivery service.
