DPD messaged me to say they could not deliver today no one here to sign. I was NOT informed re date time etc re delivery. I had hospital appt today they tell me goods are in their depot & will be retd to yourselves within 2 days. Never had this prob with your company before. In circumstances I await credit for goods not received. Parcel so small would go in to post box. Really sorry this is my experience with your company
