I ordered my favourite hair mask through look fantastic , it has always been a good experience but the delivery company or delivery location they are associated with only hold products for 3 days, so I couldn’t collect mine because of New Year. I was disappointed when I got the email that product was returned so I got in touch with customer care from look fantastic , I have to say their response is very prompt and they are very helpful which made up for my disappointment , they reshipped my hair mask, special thanks to Kayleigh, Qiniso and Mzemila, I still have yet to received the confirmation email for the reshipping but I’m confident it has gone through I will keep ordering through Look Fantastic
Everything came as expected. It is very handy that Look Fantastic allow you to collect the parcel from a local pick up point( my local Spar in my case) because I live in an apartment and I don't have to worry about being at home to receive the parcel
IRELAND CUSTOMERS BEWARE Items did not arrive on time as stated and received a customs notice. You will pay import duty and if you decline it takes 6+ weeks to process refund. Shocking service. Works out much more expensive than anywhere else. Go to Brown Thomas or Millies instead
I recently placed a significant order and the order was delayed and I was really stressed as the order was for Christmas presents. I got in touch with customer service and thankfully Kayleigh escalated the issue and the order arrived 2 days before Christmas. Kayleigh also organised a 25 euro refund because of the inconvenience so managed to turn a bad experience into a positive one.
I bought this as a Christmas present for my sister, when it arrived the perfume was damaged as it had no sprayer so when I opened it, the perfume spilled due to the fact that it had no sprayer, I emailed them to get a replacement and I didn’t even get an apology I just got told to return it if I want a refund. I had to ask them for an apology, there were a few emails back and forth and I still didn’t even get a voucher or something at least for the inconvenience. I wrote this review already but lookfantastic took down my review.
