- Messy and confusing payment. Could be way more user friendly. - Not all products would appear when choosing a specific brand. - Didn’t show me all the detailed information about the product I was purchasing. - If I haven’t heard of lookfantastic before hand I would probably think the website was a scam. I have however heard good stuff about lookfantastic before so I did pursue with my purchase.
I signed up as a new member in order to receive the 20% off via ''shopnew'' voucher that Loocfantastic promised on their website.My first purchase was approximately 4.606 sek equal to 499 gbp. The code did not apply to my basket. Customer service did not give me a prober answer og solution, hence I have shopped at Artelleriet instead.I have made a complaint to Lookfantastic. Sadly, they do not know how to give prober good service and have lost me as a consumer.Bad customer service.
