I had discount codes that didn't work when I entered them. Even your site suggested discount codes I could use when mine didn't work but neither they work. I spent several days downloading your app, reinstalling the app and communicating with your customer service, but the only answer I got was that not all products are covered by the discount codes, but it is not stated anywhere which products apply. Not at great experience when I put so much time into my order and had to pay full price anyway in the end.Update: I just received a response from LF customer service, who handled the matter very professionally. They took my feedback seriously and handled it really good.
