Good customer service and responsive to my emails. Somehow my glasses didn’t make it to me and the resolution was quick. I love the glasses. They are the progressives and I wasn’t sure if I’d like them. They are great to wear, being very lightweight and very stylish!
I ordered the Laurel bifocals. These did not sit right on my ears, thus the magnification was so low, I had to lift my head to read. It was impossible to see my laptop wearing these. I ordered a different style and pretty much the same problem. I returned both pair. Each shipment cost $8. And each return cost $8. So, with two pair that didn't work, I'm out $32. That doesn't match up with their "try risk free for 90 days" slogan they advertise. Sigh. I should know better by now to not order items heavily advertised on social media. They are usually over priced and sometimes, as in this case, do not live up to the hype.
I had an opportunity to communicate with the folks at Look Optic when I returned a pair of glasses and the package was not received by the company. Each of my emails was answered in a timely, courteous fashion and we were able to resolve the issue without hassle and to my satisfaction. I had some glasses delivered and they went missing. Unsure if they were stolen, but the support team took essential steps to locate them, and when they couldn't, they promptly sent a replacement. I highly recommend this service.
The glasses were lost initially, and while I received a refund, they eventually arrived after I had to purchase a replacement. I'm currently waiting for a return label. Unfortunately, the fit was not suitable; there's a significant gap when I look down, making it difficult to read. Additionally, when I try to place them on my head like a headband, they don't stay in place and fall off when I look down. I've had better luck with reading glasses from a discount store.
The frames were darling but lenses were plastic and the transition was poor. Didn't work for me as I wanted them to see my computer and paperwork without having to take off and on glasses. Their "return no questions asked" policy includes a fee so beware that they will charge you to return.
