Complete Rip-Off! I ordered my paint based on the colors on December 1st as a Christmas gift, but I have not received any updates regarding my order. I attempted to contact the support team both before Christmas and after the new year, hoping to be understanding given the holiday rush. If they had communicated that they were busy and provided a timeframe for my painting, I would have been more accepting. However, the absence of communication is unprofessional, and I will be reporting this as fraudulent.
It has been over a month since I made my purchase. I have reached out several times via email and social media. I've asked for updates on my order status and a refund, but received no response. I lost $40 with no communication. I even emailed from a different account to check the legitimacy of a custom order picture, and they replied trying to encourage another purchase. Clearly, they do not ship orders.
I would give zero stars if I could. Do not purchase from this service! They ignore emails and failed to ship my order. I had an important gift and they let me down, risking my relationship. They took my money without delivering, so be cautious!
It's been over a month without any replies to my emails, and they block you on social media if you try to contact them there. Steer clear of this service. I'm hoping that the chargeback I initiate will alert their payment processor about their fraudulent practices.

I paid over $300 for a custom order but received only 12 colors instead of 48. After contacting them, they promised to send the correct items but never delivered and have ignored me for two months. Additionally, the products didn't ship from the expected location.
UPDATE: I finally managed to contact the service after a long wait. Their customer service apologized for the delay due to holiday orders and resent my order along with an extra item. I was relieved to receive it eventually. However, when I tried to reorder paint that dried out, I faced delays again with no responses after making the payment. It's been two months since then, and I'm just disappointed.
