Drove 3 hours for a mistake

I ordered a pair of leather pants for click and collect in a location, as they couldn't ship directly from another store where they were in stock. After driving 3 hours to pick them up, I discovered they had labeled the wrong pants. There was nothing they could do, not even a discount on another pair. This was a very disappointing experience!
