I needed to purchase some parts from the company, so I attempted to reach out to them first to confirm they had what I required. They never replied. Still, I decided to proceed with the purchase despite the uncertainty. Even after paying for the parts (twice), my order was never processed. Once again, I received no response to my email asking for clarification. Regrettably, I can't rate it lower than one star.

The shipping was surprisingly fast, and I received genuine parts. Based on my research, it seems I wouldn't have been able to get an authentic o-ring kit directly from the manufacturer, so I'm truly grateful for their assistance.

I was asked to pay an additional cost of over £60, despite having already paid the advertised price. Additionally, my parts were delayed, which was not my responsibility. The handling of this situation was unprofessional, and I felt let down by their customer service.
I would advise against purchasing from this website if you need parts for a later date. I bought a part, and after 10 months it broke. When I reached out, they told me to contact the manufacturer first. After speaking with them, I learned they would have replaced it if I had bought it directly from them. When I contacted the company again, they said they would look into it, but after a week with no response, I called and later received a reply stating they wouldn't replace it. I reached out again but received no further response. I would recommend avoiding this company entirely and purchasing directly from the manufacturer.
I'm really impressed. So far, I've ordered two different parts. For the first part, another company told me it wasn't right for my car, but I called this service, and they confirmed it was indeed what I needed. The part arrived within a couple of days. I called again for another part, which was out of stock, but it has been dispatched today. Both parts were genuine.
