I ordered a table tennis table as a Christmas gift, which was fully paid for, and a courier was scheduled for December 15th. The delivery never arrived, and I later found out the order was marked as cancelled. I received no cancellation email or refund, and my attempts to reach out via contact forms have gone unanswered. This situation is very disappointing and has left us without an important gift for the holiday.
This service has been a total waste of time. I paid for next-day delivery for some football boots that never arrived. Trying to contact anyone for updates is impossible. I’ve never had issues with other companies before, but I will definitely avoid this one going forward. I’m willing to update this review if I receive any communication. It’s been six days since my order, and I’ve had to initiate a chargeback. Avoid at all costs!
I ordered and paid for a pair of trainers on November 25th, and they were supposed to be delivered by a courier. Unfortunately, the courier lost them and instructed me to contact the service for a replacement or refund. I have reached out but have not received any response. The service has been absolutely terrible.
