I cannot say enough good things about the Golf Sim Depot and the owner Kyle. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with from answering all my questions or me making a special request that they absolutely knocked it out of the park on. I’m building a new garage and I had a ton of delays. Kyle was so nice and understanding which I greatly appreciated. I feel like customer service these days is lacking but Golf Sim Depot’s was superb! I have and will continue to recommend Golf Sim Depot to my friends and within golf sim community on Discord (SGT, Triple Bogey Golf, and Hosel Rocket forums). Thank you GSD and Kyle no, that’s not a bad thing either. Maybe the bad stuff is like you know. My order contained a large Carl’s Place enclosure, Protee VX (plus the protector, and a BenQ AK700ST 4K projector. My order was in late spring and my order shipped the end of October at my request.
The order process was fast and easy. The Order Status feature with the links to the shipping information on each piece of the order is excellent. Finally, the On-Line Customer Support for questions regarding the delayed delivery of specific pieces, was very helpful in keeping me informed throughout the process.
Golf Sim Depot provided great service from start to finish. I found them while searching for a golf enclosure and they helped me find the right one and deliver it in a timely manner. I also had a missing piece for my curtains from one of their suppliers. They addressed the issue quickly and sent me a new one without much hassle.I would buy from them again!
